How to deal with serious change. On occasion.

September 5, 2010 By Finn Leave a Comment

So, far, this is how I know how to deal with serious change:

  1. Go back to bed and sleep it off
  2. Live….therein lies the problem

And this is how I’ve dealt with step 2:

  • clean up the house
  • hang out with friends
  • watch really really bad television – like Highlander:  The Source.

And try not to nap.

Fight off the yawns and remember that stress eating helped get me into the mess.

I’ll let y’all know when I hear back from the doc. In the mean time I’m going offgrid s’more.

And work on the answer.

And unless I miss my guess, this is step 3:

Take the next great adventure. Or two.

How do y’all deal with serious change?
